Terms of service
These terms apply to Darts Player Simulator (the game) on PC, Android and iPhone, and to this website. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Who we are
Darts Player Simulator is published by Parkmydomain Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). You can reach us at dev@dartsplayersim.com.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, resell, rent or redistribute the game, or remove its notices, except where the law allows it.
Getting the game and paying for it
You get the game through Steam, Google Play or the App Store. Payments, refunds and family sharing are handled by that store under its own terms, which apply alongside these. On iPhone, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies. Nothing in these terms limits the refund rights a store gives you.
Beta and early versions
The game is being actively developed. Test, beta and early access versions may contain bugs, may change between updates, and features may be added, changed or removed. We may update the game from time to time; some updates may be needed to keep playing.
Your saves
Your careers, settings and designs are stored on your device (and, on PC, in Steam Cloud if you use it). We do not hold a copy, so we cannot restore a lost save. Keep backups of anything you value. The game updates older careers when you load them and keeps a backup copy first.
Mods, data packs and online play
The game lets you install mods and data packs, publish and subscribe to them through Steam Workshop on PC, and play online with friends on PC. Mods and data packs are made by other players: we do not check or endorse them, and you use them at your own risk. When you share a mod or play online you must not include or post anything unlawful, offensive, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights, and you must not cheat, harass other players or try to disrupt the game or its services. You keep the rights to what you create, and you give other players permission to use it in the game when you share it. We may remove or block content or access that breaks these rules.
The game's content
Every player, tour, event, venue and sponsor in the game is fictional, and any likeness to real people or organisations is not intended. The game, its code, text, artwork, sound and data belong to Parkmydomain Limited or its licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your own play, including on streams and social media.
Privacy
How the game and this website handle information is set out in our privacy policy.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the game "as is" and do our best to make it work well, but we cannot promise it will be free from errors or always available. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to digital content that is faulty or not as described; nothing in these terms affects those rights. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, for loss of saves, or for business losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously break these terms, for example by distributing the game without permission, your licence ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will also say so in the game's release notes.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in another country, you keep any protection the law where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
