From the pub to the Palace

Start with nothing but a set of darts and a place on the county circuit. Win enough to earn a Tour Card, climb the Pro Tour and the Order of Merit, and fight your way onto the televised World Series.

Begin as a junior prospect and grow old at the oche: every season has a full calendar of floor tournaments, TV weekends abroad, the majors and the World Championship, right through from your teenage debut to your veteran years.

Create your player

Build your player in 3D before the first dart is thrown. Start from a quick-start head or shape everything yourself: face, eyes, skin tone and age, dozens of hairstyles and beards, build and height.

Check the look under pub, floor and TV lighting. The player you make is the one who walks on and throws on the match stage.

Throw every dart yourself

Step up to the oche and throw: hold, settle and release each dart on a 3D board, with your skills, form, nerves and kit deciding how true it flies. Miss, and the board remembers it.

Aim every visit yourself, watch the key moments as highlights, or simulate straight to the result. Follow any televised event live in the Event Centre, round by round.

A career off the oche

  • Sponsors and money. Sign deals, hit their targets and watch the books. Entry fees, travel, hotels, staff wages and prize money all add up.
  • The press. How you answer changes your confidence, followers, public image and rivalries. The papers remember what you said.
  • Stories. Decisions land in your inbox all season long, from off-season training blocks to rival grudges.
  • Your team. Coaches, a physio and a practice partner. Manage your workload, or burn out.

Design your stage shirt and see it on your own player in 3D, front and back: the cut, collar and trim, the pattern, the colours, your nickname across the back, and the fabric, which affects how you play.

Design your own darts in the workshop too, from barrel to grip, weight and flights, then test the prototype and launch your own signature range.

A world that keeps score

Around 700 players rise, slump, switch darts, sign with sponsors and retire. Rivalries build from matches and from words.

Each season ends with an awards night and a review of your year. Collect signed title cards, set records, and build a legacy worthy of the Hall of Fame.

Every format in the sport

Knockouts, group stages, a weekly TV league with play-offs, rolling-entry opens, qualifiers, a Women's Series, a World Youth Championship and the World Cup of Darts.

Built to be modded

Everything is data: players, tours, events, venues, sponsors, kit, commentary and stories. Make your own in the in-game Mod Studio, recolour the whole game with a Themes mod, or write scripts for new stories and rules.
